What is Pomodoro? The “Pomodoro Technique is named after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that was first used by Francesco Cirillo when he was a university student while searching for a way to increase his focus. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.
